Our final concert of the season explores the best of pop music since the 1960’s, and features eight new arrangements and compositions. Arrangers include Caleb Gomes, Everett Kelly, Chris O'Brien and Tiffany Johns.

LAB-A brought brass ensemble to the 21st century with the help of 10 LA-based emerging composers! This concert featured 10 new works for brass ensemble and brass chamber groups, broadening the brass ensemble repertoire with a uniquely Los Angeles flair. 

Our talented 2023-24 Composer Cohort featured Jarryd Elias, Austin Ali, Celina Kintscher, Morgan Moss, Mason Moy, Sean-Paul Gouw, Áhzi Kharmóna, Joaquin Lichtle, Patrick O'Malley and Stephen Cabell.
